Adidas miCoach Training System

I know it’s hard to believe, but Adidas have found a way to make running and losing weight easier.

The major fitness label has come up with a new design which verbally tells you what to do when you are running.

The miCoach is a new personalised gadgets designed for runners. It has the capabilities of communicating to you via a set of headphones you wear while exercising.

In short, the miCoach communicates with you and lets you know when you have to speed up, or slow down, in order of reaching your fitness goals.

The gadgets training platform comprises of two major functions: The miCoach Pacer and the miCoach Zone.

The miCoach Pacer is the verbal communicating device whereby it tells you how to run.

The miCoach Zone is a visual feature where information about your run is stored, and actively accessible by the user.

By far the best part about using the gadget is the ability to free up your head space when you are exercising.

By having someone tell you when you need to go quicker or slower or just stay the same, you can think  less while running and put your mind to other things, like what to cook for dinner!

The miCoach package retails for just under $150, but if you are short of cash you can choose to just buy the miCoach Zone, which can be picked up for around the $70 mark.
